We headed back into downtown San Antonio to experience the River Walk. Although we had lunched on the walk the first day and watched all the barges go by we didn't take the tour then. In fair disclosure - the River Walk is 4ft deep and no the boats are not Coast Guard certified. Yes, we looked for the sticker and no we didn't see any life jackets either.
