We decided to climb a mountain in Little Rock. We headed out to
Pinnacle Mountain State Park at the suggestion of H-Man's Dad. This is the moment we remind you that we are from Oregon not quite the home of the 14,000 ft mountains in Colorado but close. When we lived in Connecticut and went skiing we started to understand that the definition of mountain could be subjective depending on where you live. At 1,011 ft Pinnacle Mountain is defined as a mountain by the state of Arkansas.
Gherkin and KimChee had a great time scrabbling over all the rocks to get to the top. Gherkin then turned into pre-teen angst and ws more than ready to return to the bottom.
