Forever Friends

We decided to go north to meet up with some old friends.  Of course we had to stop at the Wright Brothers Monument.  At this point it kind of feels like the brothers have been following us on the trip from Dearborn to DC's Smithsonian.

 Gherkin and Little A have been buddies since their first preschool in Poulsbo, WA.  We have caught up with them over the years in our different stations.  The boys had a good time with the sculpture.

 Then we headed to Jockey's Ridge for some kite flying and dune running.

A good time was had by all - and by the way if you can ever get your hands on Duck Donuts - DO IT!!!  Do not second guess just do it!
