Portland, ME
We connected with the rest of the Farkle clan in Grey, ME. It made for some interesting parking but we made it!
The boys wandered Fort William for a while. Sweet Pondered doors to nowhere.
We took in a little minor league baseball. It was "Old Tyme" night with throwback uniforms and "If you build it they will come". Did you know the first baseball team in Portland was the Portland Eskimos?
We headed out the next afternoon after a great lunch at Parkland Farms (must try if you are in the area!) Time for a little down time with at the Original Pickle Barrel.
We went to Freeport - LLBean stop - the boys have outgrown their first pair of boots each on the trip.
Sorry no photo with the big boot it was way to hot to even think about standing outside for long.
Then we headed down to Portland to get our lighthouse stamp for Portland Head and Owl's Head.
KimChee had his first lobster!
