Moments
There are some moments in life that are totally worth capturing with a camera, and others where you aren't quite sure why you decided to capture that moment but hey it's fun to look back and laugh...
When we got back from the "Big May Trip" Gherkin was feeling a bit possessive about anything that was remotely his and he decided to stack it all into our bathroom and make a nest.
One Sunday morning Big D decided to be nice to Mommy and let her sleep in so he got up with Gherkin. He was a little sleepy and this was the result. On the upside the kid was quiet for quite a while!
Our cousin KR had a soccer tournament up here and we went down to see one of her games. Lots of fun. I didn't know that she was a team captain until she went in for the coin toss. Good Job!
KR is a very serious player so she was a real joy to watch. Almost made me want to drag my two sorry knees back onto the pitch.
We got new sleeping bags for two members of the family. Gherkin thought they were way cool and kept climbing in with Big D to test them out. He thought it was way cool to close them up and use the flashlight. With any luck he will enjoy using it on our camping trip!
