Cradle of Liberty

We found an RV park in Philly.  On the upside, easy access to the bus line downtown. On the downside, right next to the RR switching yard and HWY in a not so nice part of town.  Also - Philly claims to be the "City of Brotherly Love"  that only goes so far - once they are behind the wheel their attitude rivals NYC drivers (more honking and swearing that I thought possible!).

Ok - back to our adventure.  We started Day 1 in Liberty Plaza.  Some of us were busy playing "Spot the National Treasure Clues" others were just taking in the sites.

 Some of us signed the Declaration of Independence...

 We listened to Rangers so we could work on our badges...

 We stood in the room where it happened!!!

 While waiting for a tour the boys played hacky sack with a new friend.
