Santa Rosa - Take 2!
We tried back in October to go to Santa Rosa to go ice skating and check out the Charles M. Shultz museum. Sadly that was the weekend that the fires broke out in the area closing things down and evacuating us due to smoke and encroaching fire. Well, we tried again - and had an awesome time.
On the way up we looked for a family friendly winery. Cline Winery was amazing! They have the models of all the California Missions that were made for the World's Fair in the 30's in San Francisco. They also have a great collection of pheasants and some "ugly" koi. The Dill liked a couple of the wines we tasted - Sweet not so much. Quote of the afternoon "It tastes like a fireman's boot after a call!"
A dinner at a local brewpub and then off to bed to get ready for our exciting day of Peanuts!!!

On Sunday we headed North a bit to the Anderson Redwoods State Park. We did a little hike to start training for the trip.

On the way home we headed out to the coast and Bodega Bay to watch the waves and have some chowder.
