New Jersey again...

We headed up north last weekend for an unexpected trip to Sandy Hook, NJ.  Big D got late notice of a decommissioning ceremony for the USCGC Bainbridge Island that he was the captain of from 2003-2005.  It was a very low key ceremony but we had a nice time catching up with some of our old friends from church.  It was also neat to be able to take Gherkin to where we used to hang out on the beach.  We didn't make it onto the CG base - but the hook looks very different since the hurricane a couple years ago.
