Part 8 - Buena Vista Cont.

We took a walk along the Arkansas river the other day. It is running rather high right now with the spring run off but the "holes" that the kayakers like to play in still looked interesting. Since we were so close to the water Gherkin always had an adult at hand.
The rafters were zipping down the river.

All the munchkins posed for a picture. The two boys are two weeks apart in age.

Gherkin did a little dance at the end of the trail at the tile living room at the "urban community".

Today we are headed out of BV to drop Big D off at the Denver Airport to go find the ship. Poppie is flying in to meet us and help Mommy and Gherkin drive the rest of the way to Astoria!
